What types of payment do you accept?
We accept credit, PayPal, cheque or debit e-transfer. Half of the cost of the project is due upfront with the remainder due upon project completion.
Do we need to have a face-to-face meeting before we begin?
Ideally, yes. Whenever we can, prefer to to meet with our clients for a variety of reasons. It helps us get a better feeling for precisely what you want, and allows us to iron out any early issues as quickly as possible. When a meeting isn’t possible, we like to have a video meeting, either via FaceTime or Skype. Communication after the first meeting can be via any method you prefer, be it phone, video, email, etc.
What other services do you provide besides web design?
We offer a range of services from Web Design to Optimization, Monitoring and Maintenance, Hosting and Ecommerce. In addition, we provide ongoing support for all of our websites. We also offer design services to create a new logo, brand guidelines or other graphic design needs.
I'm based outside of Canada. Can you work with international clients?
Yes, under some circumstances. Payment as per the estimate must be made in full before work will begin, the difference will be made up in the form of a final top-up or refund payment before the service goes live.
