We offer a range of services from Web Design to Optimization, Monitoring and Maintenance, Hosting and Ecommerce. In addition, we provide ongoing support for all of our websites. We also offer design services to create a new logo, brand guidelines or other graphic design needs.

Yes, under some circumstances. Payment as per the estimate must be made in full before work will begin, the difference will be made up in the form of a final top-up or refund payment before the service goes live.

Web Design

Most websites, depending on how complicated the project is, will be completed within one month of the start date.

In order to create a website, we will need images or graphics, as well as marketing copy. If you already have marketing copy written, we can take that and edit it for the web. If this needs to be created, you can come up with the text and we will provide the final edit, or you can hand over the copy writing to us and we will come up with creative ways of filling in the content, and optimizing for SEO.

If you have professional photographs or other graphics or illustrations you are using for your business already, great. Otherwise, if you need these, we can help recommend suitable graphics or a photographer to get professional photos done.

Of course – this is the perfect chance to update your look and your brand. We can help you create everything from the logo to a complete branding guide that you can include in your policies and procedures for years to come.

Absolutely! We want our clients to be empowered in their online presence and if that means being able to do updates yourself, we are happy to provide you with the extra training needed to manage it.

On the flip side, we also offer ongoing website monitoring where we take care of your website for you and offer blocks of tech support per month to answer any questions you may have. The rest of the month, we make sure it’s running optimally, updates are working, and your site is secure. We know you have a successful business to run so leave it to us to make sure you can focus on what you do best.

No problem! This is such a great way to allow your clients to book their appointments from the comfort of their own computer or mobile device. Having an online scheduler is shown to bring in new clientele and retain existing clients better than the traditional model of having to call the business to set up an appointment.

Easy! Customers love being able to view a menu ahead of time and even have the option to order take-out right there. We can build you an attractive website showcasing your restaurant and allowing you to accept online orders that are sent right to the restaurant.

Ecommerce

Absolutely – we love building Ecommerce sites and working with clients to get their products online! You’ll find more information about the range of services we provide on our Ecommerce page.

We’re specialists in Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, OpenCart and Magento. If you have already chosen an online/cloud ecommerce solution, such as Wix or SquareSpace, we are able to work within the parameters of those platforms. Check out our Ecommerce page.

Search Engine Optimization

SEO, or Search Engine Optimization, impacts how visible your website is in search engine results. Search engines use ‘crawlers’ that quickly scan websites, pulling out the valuable information and then indexing them amongst billions of other pages. Crawlers look for keywords, links to other sites and back links to yours, heading text, meta description text, and often use site maps, if they are available.

The goal when designing a website is to make it as easy as possible for the search engines to access your content, understand it, deem it valuable, and then rank it. If done correctly, your target audience will see your website in their search results. This is referred to as organic search results – ones that you don’t need to pay for.

SEO done well can provide an impressive return on investment, but done poorly, it can negatively impact your organic search efforts. Search engines like Google and Bing determine website rank by importance, relevance, and several factors that go into creating a website.

At Unicycle Digital, every website is designed with SEO best practices so that your website appears on search engine results from the moment it goes live. If you have an existing website, Unicycle Digital offers a free Unicycle Audit that can be a great starting point for improving your website and SEO over time.
